A Family Easter

What a joy to celebrate our risen Savior with our family. We enjoyed worship at our church, a great lunch with each other, and an Easter egg hunt on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. My definition of a great day!
A quick picture with daddy in between services at our wonderful church, First Baptist O'Fallon. It is so great to be a part of such an amazing church.
Miss Lainey & Miss Maddie
The best Silas & Lainey picture ever. Nana, I promise to get you a copy!
Isaiah, looking very distinguished.
Getting this little guy to pose for a picture is quite a challenge...such a busy boy!

A Party Fit for a Princess

What a wonderful weekend celebrating our little Cinderella's birthday. We are blessed to live close enough for some family to be a part of the festivities and had a great time with Papa, Mawny & Uncle Seth; Nana & Papa, Uncle Brian, Aunt Crystal, Silas & Aiden; Uncle Antaun, Aunt Kimberlee, Maddie & Isaiah. Thank you to our family for making Lainey's party so special.
Every girl needs a day to be a princess. Lainey wanted me to dress up with her too but I had no success finding a princess dress in the maternity section!
Silas was quite a trooper with all this girly stuff. I know he was missing his trucks!
Loving every minute
This one cracks me up because she is somehow holding her arms and hands just like Cinderella. Must be a princess at heart.
Playing a game that provided lots of giggles and might have been a little over their heads. Oh well...treat bags make anything fun!

Blowing out the candles in one try
I used to love licking the frosting off of the candles...like mother like daughter.
The Cinderella cake that mommy was a little nervous about making, but I think it turned out great!
